We believe the next three years will define the next generation.

Church on the Hill is entering a defining season—one where we’re called to go ALL IN for Jesus, for each other, and for the generations yet to come.

This is not a campaign—it’s a holy invitation. A Spirit-led movement calling us to bold faith, deep unity, and unwavering purpose. We believe God is not finished with us—in fact, He is preparing us for more than we can yet see or imagine.

Our future is full of promise. So, let’s step into it with courage and confidence. As leaders, we will go first—through our prayers, our generosity, our words, and our example—so others may follow us with faith.

As we say yes—fully, freely, and faithfully—we declare that we are ALL IN – One Church. One Mission. One Future.

"And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength."
Mark 12:30 (NLT)

Strategic Initiatives

Over the next three years, we’re going ALL IN to become a church of deeper faith, stronger relationships, and greater generational impact. From 2026 to 2028, we will …

  1. Launch 50 smaller, disciple-multiplying groups across ALL ages
  2. Engage with 300 next-generation disciples (children, students, young adults, and young parents) through worship, formation, service, and leadership.
  3. Eliminate the burden of mortgage debt, which will liberate future mission and ministry for the next generation

  • Why?
To establish a multiplying culture of spiritual growth and transformation where people are equipped to follow Jesus with depth, accountability, and purpose.
  • Our goal is to launch 50 smaller (3-6 people) disciple-multiplying groups by the end of 2028, engaging at least 200 adults in active discipleship and fostering replication through trained leaders by the end of 2028.
  • Why? To raise up a generation of children, students, and young adults shaped by spiritual formation, worship, equipped for leadership, and activated for service—so that our faith outlives us
  • Our goal is to engage 300 children, students, young adults (ages 5–35), and young parents in meaningful worship opportunities (via the launch of a future third worship service) and vibrant discipleship pathways by the end of 2028 through worship, groups, classes, studies, etc., leadership development, and service opportunities.
  • Why? To release the church from financial bondage and reinvest resources into future mission, ministry expansion, and the flourishing of the next generation.
  • Our goal is to retire the full mortgage – no later than the end of 2028 – through strategic giving, personal investment, and churchwide unity in purpose, mission, and vision.

The Power of Prayer

We’re asking our entire church to begin with prayer. Not for a program, but for a movement of God in and through us. Let this be your next step into ALL IN.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

ALL IN is a three-year, Spirit-led initiative focused on deepening discipleship, investing in the next generation, and eliminating the burden of debt so that our church can freely live into its mission. It is both a spiritual journey and a strategic effort to position Church on the Hill for a future of greater impact.

We believe this is a defining moment in the life of our church. God is expanding our ministries, widening our influence, and shaping our campus into a vibrant hub for worship, discipleship, and mission. Momentum like this is a gift, and gifts are meant to be stewarded. ALL IN is our faithful response to what God is already doing among us, inviting us to grow deeper in our walk with Christ and wider in our witness to the world.

To step fully into what God is inviting us to do next, we are strengthening our foundation spiritually, financially, and generationally. By forming disciples across every age, investing deeply in the next generation, and removing the weight of debt that limits our freedom, we are positioning our church to follow the Spirit with joy, courage, and generosity. This is about trusting God’s timing, responding with obedience, and moving forward together so that our church may bless our community and generations yet to come with hope that is living, active, and alive.

No. ALL IN is first and foremost a spiritual movement calling our church to deeper discipleship, sacrificial generosity, and greater faith. Financial giving is one expression of being ALL IN, but the heart of this initiative is spiritual transformation and renewed commitment to the mission of Jesus Christ through Church on the Hill.

ALL IN is for every person who calls Church on the Hill their home. Whether you are a long-time disciple, new believers, occasional attenders, families, students, and anyone seeking a deeper walk with Jesus. Everyone can participate in some meaningful way.

ALL IN is not about equal giving—it is about equal sacrifice. You are welcome to participate at whatever level God leads. If you’re exploring faith or still getting to know our church, or if you’re experiencing financial hardship, your primary step may be prayer, service, or commitment to worship and community. There is grace and space for every person.

All funds given to ALL IN are stewarded through established financial policies and overseen by our Church Council and an outside accounting firm. Every gift is tracked with full integrity and accountability. Regular and ongoing updates will be shared throughout the next three years, including testimonies, milestones reached, and financial status. Transparency is a non-negotiable value for us in this process.
