Enjoy Christmas Eve on the Hill!

This Christmas season we invite you to the simplicity of the manger. We will tell the familiar Christmas story and celebrate the peace and hope that came in the still of the night 2,000 years ago.

Celebrate a Simple Christmas on December 24 at 10 am, 3 pm or 5 pm.

Christmas Eve FAQ

We encourage everyone to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of the service to check your preschool age children into the children’s areas, enjoy a complimentary refreshment from the Café, and find a seat.

Wear what you want. You'll find a variety of wardrobe styles any given Sunday from jeans and t-shirts, suits and dresses, ties and sport coats, or Christmas attire. We think God is more concerned with how we dress our soul and not our body, so come as you are!

While we will provide childcare for kids birth-PreK during the Christmas Eve services, we encourage kids in Kindergarten and older to worship with their families. The services will include incredible music, familiar holiday carols, powerful visuals, a short Christmas message, Holy Communion, and a Candlelight finale as we celebrate the birth of our Lord. We will provide an activity bag for elementary kids to use during the service.

Childcare will be provided for kids birth-PreK during the 10am, 3pm and 5pm services. We encourage kids in Kindergarten and older to worship with their families. We will provide an activity bag for elementary kids to use during the service.

Yes, The Christmas Offering will fund multiple ministry opportunities next year. This year we have set a goal of raising $50,000 for our 2024 mission initiatives. If every family who call this church home, sacrificially gave $200, we would easily meet our Christmas offering goal.

Here are some ways your gift will make a difference in 2024:

  • Funding for support of our partner, The Block Community Outreach
  • Funding for support of our partner, the North Gwinnett Co-op
  • Counseling Assistance through The Summit Counseling Center on the Hill
  • Benevolence Funds assisting those in need within COTH and the community
  • Church On The Hill local missional outreach & events including Christmas outreach and Sunday Serve Day initiatives
  • Mission trip scholarships in partnership with ACE Ministries in Jamaica
  • Financial sponsorship of four students within ACE Ministries
  • Support of Synergy International Christian School in Barcelona, Spain
  • Home repair ministry projects for our local neighbors
  • Disaster relief for those affected by natural disasters
  • Regional Missions Initiatives
  • Renovation and campus improvement projects at COTH
