From the time He arrives, Jesus’ kingdom is being made known on Earth. Everything Jesus did pointed to the Kingdom of God. In a historical sense, Jesus was the Liberating King. More importantly, He is the Liberating King of each of our lives today.
Rediscover the Gospel of Matthew with our current series in the book of Matthew called Discover the Kingdom.
Thy Kingdom Come: 21 Days of Prayer & Fasting
January 10-30
Our prayer during the 21 Days of Prayer & Fasting has been that our passion for God, His Word, and for His Kingdom to Come be ignited; that we would develop a hunger for His presence that is greater than ever before!
As we prepare to conclude these 21 Days tomorrow, you are encouraged to reflect upon what God has done in and through you during this season. We encourage you to share your story by sending us an e-mail to , and let us know how you've been impacted during this time of prayer and fasting.
Baptism Sunday
February 12
If you have never been baptized, or perhaps have a child that has never been baptized and want to express your acceptance of God’s salvation through baptism, you can sign-up to be baptized on Sunday, February 12 at either the 9:30 or 11 am service. You can be baptized by sprinkling, pouring or immersion (11 am service only). Sign up by January 30 at Baptism Sunday.
Connect on the Hill
February 5 and 15
Are you new to Church on the Hill? Want to learn more about what next steps are offered? If so, you are invited to come to Connect on the Hill on February 5 immediately following each worship experience for about 15 minutes to get answers to any questions you may have. Or perhaps you feel ready to make Church on the Hill your church home. To learn more about our mission, vision & values, join us on February 15 from 6:30-8:00pm to attend our New Members class. Student Ministry: Super Sunday
January 29th
Calling all Middle and High School students! Join us TODAY for Super Sunday: MarioKart ! You DO NOT want to miss this. We'll have a giant inflatable race track and pedal karts for this real-life MarioKart game. Get your game faces on! Middle school will meet from 5:00-6:30pm. High school will meet from 6:30-8:00pm. Dinner provided!
Student Ministry Summer Retreat
July 7-13
This summer our student ministry is doing a NEW kind of summer retreat. We are headed to Blue Ridge, GA for a week staying at a riverside house in the mountains! Middle School students will go from July 7-10th and High Schoolers from July 10-13th. We'll spend the week together at an awesome location, going tubing, worshipping, and more! Registration is now open!
