The Good Life
September 8-29

Our lives don't just happen to us – we build them through our decisions and our actions. How can we live in a way that will allow us to look back on the lives we've lived and pronounce them good?

What is the true path to achieving a good life? Can we attain it through the acquisition of new possessions? Engaging in novel experiences? Gaining the admiration of a larger audience? Accomplishing remarkable feats? Accumulating greater wealth? Almost everything we do or express is grounded in the belief that we deserve a good life. Beginning on September 8, join us for a four-week deep dive into the Bible’s “wisdom literature” as we search for a good life. Visit onthehill.life/good for more information.

New Service Times
Beginning October 6

Starting Sunday, October 6, 2024, we will adjust our worship service times to 8:30 am for our Traditional Service and 10:00 am for our Contemporary Service. This one-hour shift is designed to relieve the pressure on our 9:30 am service, while still providing a convenient time for families and individuals who value a mid-morning worship option. We are excited to embrace this new season as it allows us to welcome even more people into our church family and continue to live out our mission of making disciples of Jesus Christ.

We ask for your prayerful support and flexibility during this transition. We trust that with everyone’s cooperation, this shift will be smooth and will lead to continued growth and vibrancy within our church family. Do you have more questions about this shift? Visit onthehill.life/servicetimes for details and FAQs.

Fall Groups Launch

We are better together. That is God’s design for His church and that’s our desire for your life as a follower of Jesus. At Church on the Hill, we believe that finding a supportive community provides a sense of belonging, and encourages growth in your faith. We were not meant to be on an anonymous journey. We > Me!

Join us this fall in finding your community within the church. Visit onthehill.life/grow/groups/ to learn more about the opportunities and to sign up.

Serve On the Hill

At Church on the Hill, serving together is a high value and a vital part of sustaining our church body. No matter what your background or talents, there is always a place for you here to serve. If you are looking to connect On the Hill through service, we invite you to check out our opportunities to serve on the Connect Tower in the lobby or online HERE

Sunday Serve Day
September 29

Serving changes everything. We believe that and on September 29 we are going to experience that on Sunday Serve Day. Join us for one unified worship service in the Worship Center at 10 am, lunch to follow On The Hill, then serve in various roles after lunch. There’s nothing like the opportunity to serve and we want to do that together as a church family!

We have a variety of opportunities available, including donating used cotton sheets to be cut into bandages for a hospital in Ghana, so we encourage you to visit onthehill.life/sunday-serve-day for more information.
