The Road We Could Never Build

We spend so much of our lives trying to prove ourselves, to others, to ourselves, and even to God. But no amount of effort, rule-keeping, or good behavior can make us right with Him. In Romans 3, Paul points us toward the good news of grace: God has already done what we could never do for ourselves through Jesus Christ. We are invited to stop carrying the exhausting weight of trying to earn God's love, open our hands, and receive by faith what grace freely gives.
