Check-inNew Here?Prayer RequestsGiveAll In

We’re glad you’re here today. Whether this is your first visit or your church home, you are welcome here—just as you are.

Our prayer is that you experience God’s presence in a meaningful way and find a community where you are known, loved, and encouraged to grow.

We're glad you're here. Welcome home.

Fools Gold Sermon Series

We live in a world overflowing with advice. Everyone has a take, a tip, or a trend.

But not all of it is gold. A lot of what looks like wisdom is really just polished-up foolishness. It glitters, it grabs our attention, and it feels right in the moment. But in the end, it can leave us tired, anxious, misled, or broke—spiritually and otherwise.

Join us during the month of August in this back-to-school series as we expose five of the most common cultural lies that sound smart, empowering, or practical, but are leading people away from the kind of life they were made for. Each week, we’ll turn to Proverbs—the Bible’s guidebook on wisdom—and compare the counterfeit to the True.

Isn’t it time to stop chasing fool’s gold—and start building our lives on something real?

Serve On the Hill

At Church on the Hill, serving together is a high value and a vital part of sustaining our church body. No matter what your background or talents, there is always a place for you here to serve. If you are looking to connect On or Off the Hill through service, we invite you to check out our opportunities to serve on the Connect Tower in the lobby or online HERE.

Student Youth Rally

Join middle and high school students from across the North Georgia Conference for an afternoon of worship, encouragement, fellowship, and spiritual renewal at the 2026 GMC Youth Rally on our campus. This free event on August 8th from 1-5pm is an opportunity for students to connect with one another, grow in their faith, and be reminded that they are part of something bigger than themselves—the body of Christ.

New Members Class

If you call Church on the Hill your home, we invite you to take the next step and join through membership! Our next New Members Class will be held on Sunday, August 9 immediately following the 10:00 AM service.

This is a great opportunity to learn more about our church, our beliefs, and what it means to be a member. Those who complete the class are invited to be welcomed during Membership Sunday on August 30.

Baptism

Baptism is more than a moment. It’s a step into the story God is writing through His people. This summer, as we journey through Better Together, we’re being reminded that faith was never meant to be lived alone. We worship together, grow together, serve together, and baptism is one of the beautiful ways we publicly say “yes” to following Jesus in community. Maybe God has been stirring something in your heart. Maybe it’s time to take your next step. Whether for infants, students, or adults, we would be honored to celebrate baptism with you. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to say yes to the invitation of Jesus. Because baptism isn’t about perfection, but rather it’s about belonging. And there’s a place for you here. Learn more or sign up for baptism HERE.

Ladies Gather and Grow

For years, The Gathering hosted by Women on the Hill has been a place where women have found encouragement, friendship, and community. This fall, we're refreshing the experience with a new format called Ladies Gather & Grow. While the heart remains the same—helping women connect and grow in faith together—each month will now feature a unique theme, a new location and different experience. From shared meals and creative nights to service opportunities and meaningful conversations, every gathering is designed to be welcoming, low-pressure, and easy to invite a friend to.

Join us on Wednesday, August 12 at 6pm in the Cafe as we launch this new season by gathering around the table for an evening of food, friendship, and connection. Dinner will be provided, and you'll have the opportunity to meet new friends and reconnect with familiar faces. In need of childcare? CLICK HERE to let us know. Otherwise, no additional registration is needed. Whether you've attended The Gathering for years or this will be your first time joining us, there's a place for you here.

Come gather. Come grow. Come find your people.
